Soberania e ciber-soberania
A China na redefinição do ciberespaço

O debate contemporâneo da tecnologia tem como um de seus pontos centrais a questão do ciberespaço e da governança da internet, problematizados neste artigo. Para compreender as diversas implicações deste debate, são propostas algumas perguntas que irão orientar as discussões aqui tratadas: qual o papel da China na construção de novas relações com a tecnologia? Como se desenvolve seu processo de governança do ciberespaço? Quais os impactos internacionais da agenda de ciber-soberania chinesa? O que está em jogo na ciber-soberania e qual a centralidade desse conceito para as tendências internacionais de governança da internet?
