Author Biography

Vidal Serrano Nunes Júnior, Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC-SP, São Paulo, SP

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1988), he obtained the titles of Master (1995), Doctor (2000) and Livre-docente (2008) in Law from the same University. He is a professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law at PUC-SP. He serves as Director of the Faculty of Law at PUC-SP. He is also a Public Prosecutor for the Public Ministry of the State of São Paulo and the author of several books. Practice Areas: Constitutional Law, State Law, Health Law and Consumer Law.
