Author Biography

Julcira Maria de Mello Vianna Lisboa, Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC-SP, São Paulo, SP

She holds a degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1978), a master's degree (2002) and a PhD (2007) in State Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. She is currently an assistant professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the Law Course at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. She is a member of the Scientific Editorial Board of the DDEM Journal. She has been the Director of the Law Course at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo since November 2024, when she left the position of Deputy Director, which she had held since August 2021, when she left the position of Vice-Coordinator of the Law Course at PUC/SP, which she had held since January 24, 2020. She is also the Coordinator of the Tax Law discipline in Department IV (Department of Tax, Economic and Commercial Relations) of the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. She was the Coordinator of the undergraduate course at PUC/SP from 2014 to July 31, 2017. On August 9, 2017, she took over as Coordinator of the Small Claims Court, linked to the Law School of PUC/SP, until January 29, 2020. In January 2020, she was appointed Alternate Judge of the TIT - Tax and Fees Court of the State of São Paulo until January 2024. Lawyer
