Abstract

Developed through qualitative research, with telephone interviews as a tool for data production, and dialoguing with critical perspective references on work, this article focused on the following question: is the pandemic resulting from COVID-19 contributing to people who work in food delivery services by app, in Natal-RN and the metropolitan region, are more strongly inserted in the precariat? The data produced point to a scenario in which the pandemic exacerbates the precarious nature of these people's work.
