The horizon of justice and peace in Medellín

Abstract

This article aims to comment on the first two issues of the Medellín Conference document, which concerns specifically about justice and peace. Given the context in which we live in and, above all, the yelling signs of social injustice and conflicts that ravage our continent causing violence and misery, it is necessary to reflect and seek ways to contribute to the construction of a fair and fraternal society. With this work we hope to give hints on reflection that help us to become aware of our role as Christians commited to the gospel of justice and peace.
